The Emmett Technique is a non-invasive light-touch alternative therapy that treats pain and can increase flexibility and range of movement. Garth, our qualified Emmett Practitioner at Stone & Harmony will tailor a treatment based on your presenting issue(s). The Emmett Technique is a non-invasive light touch therapy that is used to alleviate pain and increase flexibility. The Emmett Technique can help with pain, discomfort, and body movement. It can also help improve emotional well-being. It can be done standing, seated, or lying down for most of the treatments. (Some may require lying down on a massage table, depending on the client and what is presented.) Our qualified practitioner, Garth, will assess your requirements and tailor a treatment specifically designed to meet your needs. Treatment times vary from client to client. The time allocated is a maximum and may be shorter that what is listed. Emmett Technique may not be suited or have limited effectiveness for people with the following: Skin conditions Low blood pressure Spinal injuries Pacemakers and other internal devices Recent Surgery
Cancellation Policy
Booking Cancellation If Stone & Harmony needs to cancel your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible to re-book or refund you. Refunds are normally processed overnight but this can be longer depending on your bank. Unable to attend We understand that life is busy, so if you can’t attend the session you booked, please let us know. We will happily re-book you, or you can request a refund. COVID 19 If you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms or have tested positive for COVID, please stay home and do not attend our event. Our venues don’t always allow us to practice social distancing, and we would like to keep our events as safe from COVID as possible. Let us know you are unwell, and we can re-book you for a future session or refund if necessary. Children's Supervision A parent or guardian must supervise children at all times. Smoking, Drugs & Alcohol No smoking or vaping on the premises Please do not attend if you are under the influence of drugs and alcohol. The Craftarium Supplies & Usage There are no limits to what you choose to use from our supply room, but please utilise the art and craft supplies sparingly. We must be mindful that we need to share what we have, so everyone gets to enjoy arts and crafts.
