The craftarium provides an affordable arts and crafts studio space that fosters a safe and inviting environment for any one young or old wanting to explore their creativity. Weather you are an experienced artist or crafter or just want to have some fun you can enjoy hours of creativity using any of our art and craft items we have collected. There's no extra charge for materials!

Bring in your own project to work on in our studio, or start from scratch. The craftarium has a wide range of art and craft supplies and a resource library for inspiration and guidance.
Our art and craft supplies enables you to enjoy painting, drawing, colouring in, papercraft, oragami, knitting, sewing, needlepoint, macrame, crochet, crosstitch, minatures and models, beading, decoupage, jewellery making, diamond dots, and much more.
Let your imagination run wild with the possibilities.

the studio
The Craftarium Studio is a calm and relaxing space equipped with large trestle tables for your crafting activities. It is maintained by our wonderful and friendly volunteers who are always ready to assist you.
We play soothing music to inspire your creativity. The studio is wheelchair accessible and includes facilities such as a unisex toilet, a baby changing table, and a kitchen with a fridge and microwave.
Tea, coffee, and cordial are provided free of charge.

At the Craftarium, we are dedicated to recycling and repurposing everyday household items that might otherwise be thrown away. We warmly welcome donations of craft and art supplies to support our inspiring mission. If you have clean art and craft items that can be transformed into something new, we would love to hear from you.
If you work for a company or business that is discarding art and craft items we need your corporate support.

bookings
Your booking gets you entry to the Craftarium which includes any supplies you have used. You can choose to stay for as long as you want. We have a pass out stamp so you can get food from a nearby cafe or restaurant.
Children need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian and supervised at all times and must be pack up by 6pm.
We have a special adults only time slot of 6-9pm but adults can attend the full 11-9pm.
