Is there a weight limit?
Yes, 150kg's.
Will I be able to get in and out of the Cocoon?
Most people find that they can get in and out of the Cocoon easily, however if you require assistance getting in or out, we can provide assistance at any point while you are having a sound bath.
What if I can't remove my jewellery?
We can provide hypoallergenic paper tape to cover any jewellery that might snag on the Cocoon's fabric.
What if I am wearing unsuitable clothes?
If you wear unsuitable clothes and didn't bring suitable clothes then we will not be able to provide a sound bath at that time.
We do have a change room and toilet if you need to change into clothes brought with you.
We recommend a comfortable track suit, or yoga clothing for the Cocoon.
What if I can't make it to my session?
Please notify us as soon as you know that you can't attend. If notice is not provided within 2 hours of the sound bath, we will not be able to provide a refund.
Do I need to know how to meditate?
No. While meditating is helpful, it is not required in the sound bath as we provide a guided meditation, and the healing benefits of the sound bath work on you whether you are meditating or not.
What is the age limit on the Cocoons?
Our age limit for the Cocoons is 14 years. Watch our socials as we may be providing sound baths for younger people in the near future.
What if I fall asleep?
The healing vibrations from the instruments will affect you whether you are asleep or not so falling asleep is not a problem. If you snore, and it is loud enough to bother the other patrons, we may touch or tickle your foot to bring you back from snoring.
Is the Cocoon Sound Bath covered by NDIS?
Sound therapy, including sound baths, generally isn't directly listed as a specific NDIS support. However, you may be able to claim for sound therapy under certain categories if it's part of a broader plan for your NDIS needs.
If you have a self-managed NDIS plan, you can potentially claim for sound therapy under general categories like "Other," "Community Access," or "Improved Daily Living".
baby cocoon faq's
Will the sounds be too loud for my baby?
In the Baby Cocoon our sound healing practitioners take care to ensure our sound levels do not exceed 80 decibels as levels of 85db can be damaging to baby's hearing.
What if my baby cries during the sound bath?
Baby Cocoon is specifically designed for babies so with that in mind we accept that there are going to be times when your baby may cry or make other loud sounds, that’s okay.
What if I need to change my baby’s nappy?
Here at Stone & Harmony we have a bathroom with a change table for your convenience.
How do I get in the Cocoon with my baby?
We will help you into and out of the Cocoon so that you can keep hold of your baby, keeping them safe.

Is there a toilet?
Yes, we have a unisex toilet available.
Is it wheelchair accessible?
The Studio and shop are wheelchair accessible from the front of the store.
The private healing room is wheelchair accessible from the rear of the building.
Where is the carparking?
During the week, the best car parking is at the Woolworths carpark nearby.
During the weekend and evenings, the Dry Cleaning car park across from us on Dudley Road is the best spot.
Is your Studio Room available for hire?
Yes. If you are a practitioner of alternative therapies, yoga, dance, workshops etc, and you need a space we would love to hear from you.

Can I touch or play the sound healing instruments you have for sale?
Yes, we are happy for you to try out the different instruments. Please be aware that the crystal singing bowls are fragile, hence the saying:
"Nice to look at,
Lovely to hold,
But if you break it,
Consider it sold."
What payment options do you have?
In the shop we can take payment by Credit/Debit Card or via Cash.
On the website we can take payment by Credit/Debit Card or Afterpay.
When is your shop open?
Our shop is open Wednesday to Saturday 11am - 5pm and Sunday 11pm - 4pm.
Can you get a specific item into the shop?
We do our best to provide a wide range of crystals, incense, clothing, and sound healing and altar equipment. If there is something you think we could sell or order for you, fell free to let us know. If it aligns with what we already sell or fills a gap, we will do our best to get it in for you.
Can I buy online?
Yes, all our lovely items are available to purchase online for delivery or pick up in store.
Can I get a refund for an item I purchased?
Yes, we offer a full refund or exchange for faulty or damaged goods. If you purchased clothing that doesn't fit, we offer an exchange for another item.
We do not offer a refund on 'Change of Mind'.
